We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity from our group company, Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s newest and fastest-growing airline. We are currently seeking experienced A320 Type-Rated Captains to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

Contract Overview

• Eligibility: Open to foreign nationals only
• Duration: 15-month fixed-term contract
  • Approximately 3 months of initial training
  • Followed by 12 months of active flying duties
• Renewable: Contract may be extended upon mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flights in full compliance with the Airline Operations Manual and relevant civil aviation authority regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of flight safety, security, and operational efficiency
• Conduct pre-flight briefings, verify crew legality and readiness
• Collaborate with co-pilots and dispatch for flight planning, aircraft status, weather, fuel, and route decisions
• Oversee all required flight safety checks before, during, and after each flight
• Respond decisively to irregular operations and in-flight emergencies
• Optimize fuel usage while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Maintain effective crew resource management and fatigue risk management

Qualifications

• Valid ATPL license
• Must pass airline and CAA-required technical and psychometric assessments
• Must be medically fit as per applicable aviation standards
• Safety and emergency training is required
• CRM, IATA security, or airport security training are advantageous

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4,000 hours total flying experience
• Minimum 800 hours as PIC on Airbus A320
• Strong knowledge of A320 systems and airline operating procedures
• Familiar with audit, QA, safety, and regulatory compliance in flight operations
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compensation and Benefits

During Training (Until Final Line Check)

• Monthly Salary: AED 20,199 (Approx. US$ 5,500) – net, pro-rated
• Daily Per Diem: AED 184 (Approx. US$ 50)

After Line Check (Up to 60 Block Hours)

• Monthly Salary: AED 27,544 (Approx. US$ 7,500) – net
• Per Diem: AED 184/day (Avg. US$ 1,500/month)
• Flying hours above 60 per month: Paid at AED 404/hour (Approx. US$ 110/hour)
