Description
FakeehCare is seeking a Dermatology Technician in Dubai to support aesthetic and dermatology services, with a primary focus on laser hair removal and patient aftercare. The position is suited to a service-oriented professional who understands skincare, can operate treatment equipment safely and communicates clearly with patients before and after procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for laser hair-removal treatments and explain the procedure in a clear, reassuring manner.
- Perform laser hair-removal procedures according to approved clinical and safety practices.
- Provide patients with appropriate post-treatment skincare and aftercare guidance.
- Respond to booking enquiries and coordinate appointments with the central booking team.
- Confirm appointment dates and times with patients before scheduled procedures.
- Clean and prepare laser equipment before and after each treatment.
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering personnel when equipment requires maintenance or technical attention.
- Perform facial cleansing and HydraFacial procedures within the permitted scope of practice.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment.
- Support patient education and contribute to a positive experience throughout the treatment journey.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow applicable clinical, infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
Requirements
- Laser hair-removal certificate.
- Relevant practice licence from the applicable health authority, such as DHA, where required.
- Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal communication.
- Good understanding of aesthetic services and skincare.
- Ability to work calmly with patients and follow treatment protocols precisely.
- Adaptability, accountability, teamwork and compassionate communication.
