About Group Business Services (GBS)
GBS is a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence across ADCB. We are integral to the bank’s digital evolution, risk awareness, and strategy execution, supporting our business partners to elevate customer experiences at every interaction.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to represent ADCB with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, promoting bank products, and maintaining high standards of service that strengthen customer loyalty and bank profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Call pre-identified customers to proactively sell ADCB products, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service and set realistic expectations to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer information in the database to maintain clean, reliable records.
- Lead Generation: Source and convert quality leads into profitable customer relationships.
- Compliance: Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
- Performance Management: Take ownership of personal development and contribute to team performance goals.
- Customer Commitment: Uphold ADCB’s service standards and demonstrate our brand promise in every interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and deadline management
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and eager to grow within the organization
