Description
Role Purpose: the person will be responsible of managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Support hiring for internship program
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry networking events
- Facilitate the onboarding process from visa to pre-boarding requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports.
- Ensuring compliance at all times.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative team player.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
