Description

Role Purpose: the person will be responsible of managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, coordinate interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support hiring for internship program
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry networking events
  • Facilitate the onboarding process from visa to pre-boarding requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports.
  • Ensuring compliance at all times.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative team player.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
