Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Within the framework of HR Services, this role provides operational support and business competence across all HR-related processes. It contributes to the continuous enhancement of services by combining professional business partnering with efficient, value-adding execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administration within the HR Services team across defined processes, tools, and programs.
- Execute Hire-to-Retire tasks in alignment with defined SLAs.
- Update and maintain all relevant process documentation.
- Serve as a contact point for the HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services processes and challenges.
- Maintain data integrity across SAP and other relevant HR systems.
- Handle standard inquiries and support via ticketing system, email, and phone.
- Execute assigned tasks timely and accurately in compliance with defined processes, timetables, and service levels.
- Identify and implement improvements in HR Services processes.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning employee master data and organizational data.
- Recommend system and process modifications to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Provide input for user manuals and process mappings.
- Support communication of standards, procedures, and processes to employees and internal customers.
- Participate in workshops and meetings led by HR Services subject matter experts.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong affinity for HR and business computing solutions (SAP HR, SAP OM, SuccessFactors, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- International outlook and experience in diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education & Experience
- University degree required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR.
- Fully trained and deeply knowledgeable in HR Shared Service setups.
