Role Overview
As a Senior Relationship Officer – Privilege Club, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value retail customers. Your consultative approach, product knowledge, and focus on relationship excellence will drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with Privilege Club customers, offering expert advice and keeping their needs at the center of every interaction.
- Portfolio Growth: Proactively plan and execute strategies to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients, with a focus on Wealth Products, including mortgages and investment offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to understand their financial goals, ensure satisfaction, and present relevant solutions.
- Revenue & Profitability: Increase product penetration and wallet share while ensuring profitability targets and risk tolerances are met.
- Service Standards: Ensure every customer interaction reflects ADCB’s service excellence and brand promise, supporting a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Compliance & Quality: Follow all bank policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Self-Management: Take ownership of your performance and development in alignment with ADCB’s people and performance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking, with strong preference for Wealth Management or Privilege Banking experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of retail banking products and services, especially in wealth and mortgage solutions.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship tools

- Salary Range: AED 13,000 – 16,000/month, plus eligibility for performance-based variable pay.
