Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee site-based security activities for a high-profile client. This role involves managing security personnel, implementing risk management strategies, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance with safety and quality systems. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong background in security services and project coordination, committed to delivering operational excellence and client satisfaction.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Operational Management & Supervision
- Lead the security team in meeting operational objectives and project deadlines
- Oversee daily site operations, including administrative routines and HSE responsibilities
- Investigate and report incidents, ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-up
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and record escalation items
Policy, Compliance & Training
- Develop and enforce security policies in line with G4S and client expectations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HSE and Quality Management Systems
- Organize guard training per site instructions and maintain accurate training records
- Update and maintain site instructions and operational documentation
Client Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between client representatives and G4S senior management
- Communicate updates on security operations, risk assessments, and project status
- Ensure professional communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
Process Improvement & Safety
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and cost-effective solutions
- Drive adherence to organizational safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Oversee visitor, auditor, and customer security logistics
- Promote a safe and secure working environment for all personnel

🎓 Selection Criteria
