We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Recruitment operations with a strong focus on documentation, visa process, onboarding and administrative tasks. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, and orientation arrangements.
- Coordinate the visa and employment process in collaboration with the PRO and HR team, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
- Support HR and recruitment reporting requirements by generating data insights and analytical reports as needed.
- Liaise with hiring managers to track requisition status and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and assisting in HR projects.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, timelines, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate or a fast-paced service sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, charts, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
