Purchaser – Auto Spare Parts (Luxury Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers of automotive spare parts.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and verify that parts are received as per specifications.
• Ensure that purchased parts meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to understand their needs and ensure spare parts are available on time.
• Work within budget constraints while maintaining an efficient and responsive supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Min: 4+ Years experience in Automobile Luxury Brand Car Dealership in UAE
• Technical Training Certificate
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in modern luxury vehicles.
