Plant & Transport Manager (Ready Mix Industry Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of batching plants, vehicle fleet, and equipment.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
• Manage fleet maintenance, scheduling, and logistics for efficient dispatching.
• Implement cost control, preventive maintenance, and safety measures.
• Lead, train, and motivate plant and transport teams for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Plant & Transport Management within the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of batching plant operations, fleet logistics, and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Driving License is an advantage.
• Bachelors Degree Mandatory
