Main Purpose of the Role
Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional and ethical standards set by regulatory authorities and company guidelines.Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care Delivery- Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, following established clinical standards and relevant healthcare legislation
- Ensure comprehensive and timely assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs in the ER setting
- Promote a culture of safety by proactively identifying, preventing, and managing clinical risks
- Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and legal requirements to uphold patient safety standards
- Take active ownership of creating positive patient experiences
- Foster a supportive and comfortable care environment as guided by nursing leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and coach junior nursing staff and students to enhance clinical competence
- Contribute to a learning culture by supporting ongoing education and in-service training
Education Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience Requirements
- Essential: Minimum of 3 years’ current or recent Emergency Room experience in a hospital setting
- Desired: Previous UAE work experience is advantageous
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic proficiency in Arabic
- Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and standards
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
