The Role

As Integration & Support Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for managing technical integrations with our payments platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding of key merchants, optimizing their payment experiences, and providing continued technical consultation post go-live.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of enterprise-level integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Support

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of integration specialists and support engineers.
  • Organize team workflows and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Evaluate team performance and develop growth plans for junior members.

Merchant Onboarding & Technical Consulting

  • Act as the technical consultant for key merchants integrating with noon payments.
  • Ensure high-quality integrations by providing expert advice on architecture, SDKs, APIs, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with merchants post-integration to optimize performance, conversion rates, and reliability.

Ongoing Support & Optimization

  • Lead post-go-live technical support and relationship management for key partners.
  • Offer strategic advice on risk management, payment acceptance, and overall platform optimization.
  • Host periodic reviews with stakeholders to recommend improvements and upgrades.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain SOPs, integration playbooks, API code snippets, and FAQs.
  • Ensure the technical documentation is up to date, accurate, and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in system integrations and software engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on high-performance enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Solid understanding of payment processing, API integrations, and platform scaling.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • REST APIs, SDKs, SOAP/XML, web services
    • Java-based technologies and web application development
    • Network protocols and basic DevOps workflows
    • Mobile development languages (Android, Swift)
    • CRM tools such as JIRA or Zoho
    • Scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
