We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Group HR team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope

This role provides advisory HR support with direct financial impact through accurate payroll oversight, workforce planning, and compliance. It enables data-driven decision-making via management reporting, supports audit readiness, and drives employee engagement through effective HR initiatives, policy development, and stakeholder advisory.

Financial

  • Provide oversight and support for HQ payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly processing. Advise on payroll inputs including salary adjustments, benefit reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
  • Contribute to management reporting by consolidating data across assigned business units and advising on insights for MPR, Balanced Scorecards, and other TG reporting frameworks.
  • Support audit readiness by advising on documentation and compliance for HQ audit requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Lead on execution of improvement initiatives that optimize processes, elevate employee experience, and contribute to long-term business efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer

  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with managers and cross-functional teams by fostering open communication, practicing active listening, and demonstrating empathy. This enables the HR Business Partner to identify underlying workforce challenges and create tailored solutions that align with team dynamics and business needs.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations and welfare concerns by providing expert guidance on formal proceedings such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Coach managers on effective leadership practices, conflict resolution techniques, and empathetic communication to foster a respectful, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
  • Champion key HR initiatives including performance management, internships, and employee development, with a focus on enhancing engagement and organizational capability.

Process

  • Guide the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with company standards and UAE labour legislation.
  • Collaborate with department Heads to interpret and apply compensation and rewards framework effectively.
  • Provide advisory support on employee benefits including schooling, visa processing, health insurance, Emirates Platinum card, and recognition programs such as Employee of the Month.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with internal SOPs and legal obligations.

Innovation

  • Design and deliver targeted workshops on HR-related topics to build awareness and capability across the workforce.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends and recommend proactive and reactive HR solutions that support cross-functional business goals and long-term strategic objectives.

Selection Criteria

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources; professional HR certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, with a proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and their practical application in workplace policies and procedures.
