Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner Support role provides essential operational and administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function. This position contributes to the timely execution of HR initiatives, supports cross-functional stakeholder projects, and ensures accuracy in data and reporting. It serves as a foundational role for individuals pursuing a long-term career path in HR business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Assist HRBPs in managing communication between HR and business units.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Support HRBPs in responding to routine employee inquiries or policy clarifications.

2. Employee Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees on administrative HR matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities and document collection.
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys, follow-ups, and HR campaigns.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular HR dashboards, headcount reports, and tracking updates.
  • Consolidate and analyze data to support workforce planning or talent reviews.

4. Data Maintenance

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to employee records in the HRIS.
  • Perform audits to maintain data integrity across HR systems and documentation.

5. Governance & Compliance

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment with internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Assist with documentation required for regulatory or internal reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
