Description

The Delivery Lead – Digital Products plays a pivotal role in driving and co-owning the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking, as well as Group Support Functions. Working closely with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and IT Platforms, you will ensure seamless planning, prioritization, and execution of product features aligned with the bank’s strategic digital agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Delivery Management:
    Facilitate agile execution across digital squads within your tribe. Manage epics and features across backlogs and ensure alignment with IT platform teams.
  • Scrum of Scrums Facilitation:
    Act as the Scrum Master of Scrum Masters, coordinating delivery activities across squads, and addressing cross-functional dependencies or roadblocks.
  • Release & Risk Management:
    Oversee release coordination across IT platforms, ensuring timely delivery. Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and delivery bottlenecks.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Engage Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Business Owners, and IT stakeholders in portfolio reviews, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Resourcing & Squad Setup:
    Manage resource planning, raise hiring needs, and support team formation. Participate in interviews and team fitment along with Chapter Leads and Workforce Management.
  • Vendor Oversight:
    Manage turnkey vendor teams and ensure external deliverables are aligned with internal goals and quality standards.
  • Support Product Lifecycle:
    Monitor product technical health, manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and coordinate production issue resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Portfolio & Financial Tracking:
    Track product budgets and utilization, providing periodic updates to PMO and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (required)
Certifications (preferred):
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • PMP, Prince2, PSM, CSPO, CDMP (optional but advantageous)

Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years overall experience in digital program delivery
  • 5+ years in Agile and release management
  • 6+ years managing data and analytics delivery
  • 3+ years experience in banking or financial services
