Purpose of the Role

To drive substantial financial growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering customized logistics solutions, and positioning Aramex as a strategic partner to support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Lead Generation

  • Generate and qualify leads in coordination with vertical marketing and field marketing teams.
  • Develop targeted strategies to attract new clients and convert leads into long-term revenue.
  • Cultivate business opportunities in assigned regions through a consultative, value-based approach.

Account Management & Expansion

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients to grow business across regions and services.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities aligned with customer business needs.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Customer-Centric Consultative Selling

  • Understand customers’ business strategies, industry challenges, and logistics goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and alignment with client objectives.
  • Partner with the Solutions team to co-create innovative offerings that add measurable value.

CRM & Sales Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and activity logs using CRM systems.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—ensuring adherence to company processes and performance benchmarks.

Industry Engagement & Continuous Learning

  • Network with peers and stakeholders across the industry to gather insights and share best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer needs, and emerging sales/marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, French) are a plus.
