Description
Responsible for leading and managing employee relations strategies ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and resolving conflicts effectively. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide expert guidance on workplace issues conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations along with HR Business Partner (HRBP) into employee grievances, complaints, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Lead initiatives through HRBP to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Oversee the grievance and disciplinary framework, ensuring transparency and fairness in all processes.
- Partner with HRBP to drive change Management initiatives and foster a positive employee experience.
- All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business administration, or related field
- CIPD or related certification will be an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 7 – 8years of extensive experience in employee, HR Compliance and workplace investigations.
- Preferred from large financial institutions.
