About Group Business Services (GBS)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our GBS team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to cross-sell ADCB’s products, build lasting relationships, and help the bank achieve its commercial and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Sales
  Proactively call existing customers to promote bank products and services, supporting cross-sell and retention goals.
• Policy & Compliance
  Follow all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Self-Management
  Take personal accountability for performance and development, aligning with ADCB’s people management standards.
• Service Excellence
  Uphold ADCB’s Service Promise, ensuring all internal and external customer interactions meet the bank’s service expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, ideally in customer-facing or sales roles
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
