About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will support ADCB’s customer outreach and sales efforts by engaging with clients via phone, delivering exceptional service, and helping meet defined sales and retention targets. You will play a key role in enhancing the bank's relationship with its customers while building your own career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach & Sales
Contact existing customers to promote relevant banking products and services with the goal of achieving monthly sales and retention targets. - Policy & Procedure Compliance
Adhere to all departmental guidelines, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure service consistency, accuracy, and quality. - Customer Service Excellence
Uphold ADCB’s Service Promise by delivering courteous, solution-oriented support in every internal and external customer interaction. - Personal Accountability
Take ownership of your performance and development, aligning with ADCB’s people management practices and contributing to the team’s overall success.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior work experience required; training will be provided
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and perform in a customer-centric environment
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and maintain a positive team dynamic
