Role Summary

As Senior Manager – Marketing Services, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This includes overseeing campaign management, digital marketing, creative execution, vendor relations, and team development—ensuring alignment with ADCB's strategic objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy, Execution & Brand Governance
  • Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across channels (digital, social, email, traditional media)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints; oversee the graphic design unit and ensure adherence to visual brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Guide and support the team in creative development, campaign design, and brand-aligned storytelling
2. Project Management & Budget Oversight
  • Lead key marketing projects using structured project management methodologies
  • Manage budgets to ensure optimal return on marketing investment; oversee negotiations, planning, approvals, and media execution
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs for campaign briefings, media planning, approvals, and traffic management
3. Campaign, Events & Sponsorship Management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives
  • Oversee full campaign lifecycle including agency coordination, approvals, production, and media planning
  • Work closely with the sponsorship team to activate brand partnerships and ensure engagement through digital and physical channels
4. Digital Marketing Leadership
  • Lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies to meet business KPIs
  • Manage ADCB’s digital platforms, including the corporate website and social media channels, to enhance content quality, user engagement, and conversion
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
5. Production & Quality Control
  • Ensure all marketing content and production efforts are aligned with quality, brand, and compliance standards
  • Secure required internal approvals prior to production and ensure timelines are met
6. Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide weekly status reports to the Head of Marketing Services and CMO
  • Share insights on campaign performance, spend effectiveness, cost savings, and competitive benchmarks
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage external vendors to ensure value delivery, quality output, brand integrity, and cost efficiency
  • Oversee advertising and promotional budgets related to product programs
8. Team & People Leadership
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team in alignment with ADCB’s people management practices
  • Inspire collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team
  • Ensure departmental targets and objectives are met through effective supervision and coordination
9. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing change initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness
10. Customer Service Excellence
  • Demonstrate ADCB’s service standards in all internal and external interactions to enhance stakeholder satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a marketing leadership role within a reputable organization
  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of advertising, campaign management, and marketing strategy
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent planning, analytical, and time management abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
