Description
Qatar Airways is seeking a Projects Manager for In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) and Connected Cabin initiatives in Doha. The role coordinates delivery of passenger-facing digital and cabin-experience improvements, including entertainment platforms, seatback usability, connectivity-enabled services, moving maps, content implementation and fleet deployment workstreams.
The role depends on accurate information, clear accountability and timely follow-through. Practical communication, suitable records, stakeholder coordination and a continuous-improvement mindset help deliver dependable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and workstreams covering IFEC, connected cabin capabilities and passenger-facing product enhancements.
- Convert business cases, product requirements and customer-experience needs into clear plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate product owners, internal departments, suppliers and other stakeholders through delivery.
- Track schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and maintain accurate project status reporting.
- Support fleet deployment planning and coordinate content, experience and technology implementation.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed objectives, customer needs and operational constraints.
Requirements
- Relevant project-management and technology or product-delivery experience is expected.
- Experience with inflight entertainment, aircraft connectivity, digital products, aviation or passenger experience is beneficial.
- Candidates should be confident with planning, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking and clear reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and work with technical and commercial teams is important.
