We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a critical part in expanding our reach through strategic business development, client engagement, and account management—all while championing sustainable energy initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and pursue new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through consultative account management
  • Present tailored energy solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and market developments in solar and smart energy systems

📌 Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business development and lead generation
  • Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Background in account management or client-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Prior exposure to the energy sector—particularly solar, smart home, LV or AV systems—is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
