What you'll do:

● Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and merchants at all times.

● Respond promptly to customers and merchants inquiries.

● Communicate with customers and merchants through various channels.

● Acknowledge and resolve customers and merchants complaints.

● Demonstrate an understanding of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

● Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

● Maintain records of customers and merchants interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

● Communicate, coordinate, and support other colleagues/departments as per management decision.

● Adhere/execute all tasks/requests instructed by reporting managers.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer and merchant support.

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

● Follow the organization's SOPs and ensure to achieve all related KPIs & SLAs.

● Attend all required customer service-related meetings


What you’ll need:


Experience in the on-demand services or ecommerce industry is preferred

Proficiency in Excel is mandatory

Strong problem solving, communication and teams skills

Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
