Social Strategy & Planning Manager (UAE National)

The Social Strategy & Planning Manager sets the direction for social media activity and translates brand and business goals into a coherent channel plan. The position brings together audience insight, content strategy, campaign planning and performance measurement, ensuring social activity is relevant, consistent and responsive. The role also coordinates teams and agency partners, maintains a clear planning rhythm and uses platform results to improve future content and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social strategy, annual or campaign plans, audience priorities and channel-specific objectives.
• Coordinate editorial calendars, content themes and campaign schedules with brand, creative and communications teams.
• Use audience research and platform data to evaluate performance and refine content priorities.
• Manage input from internal stakeholders and external partners to keep social activity consistent with brand standards.
• Prepare performance summaries, planning documents and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• This position is designated for a UAE National.
• Relevant experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, communications or content planning.
• Strong understanding of platform formats, audience behaviour, brand voice and performance metrics.
• Excellent planning, writing, stakeholder-management and analytical skills.
