Description
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Issuance of Parts: Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions. Ensure that all issued items are recorded and tracked.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Initiate reorder requests as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
- Coordination with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management is preferred
- Min: 4+ Years experience in automobile luxury brand dealership industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage
