As the face of the brand, you’ll manage end-to-end store performance while developing and motivating your team to exceed business targets. 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand values.
• Drive store performance by setting sales targets and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Analyze business performance, including stock movement, bestsellers, and slow movers, to shape commercial decisions.
• Manage cash handling, stockroom organization, and operational processes in line with company standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to build product knowledge and enhance service levels.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and HR policies, escalating issues as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Buying, Planning, Operations) to optimize product assortment, pricing, and customer feedback.

📌 Role Requirements

• 4–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in driving business results and team performance.
• Strong commercial and customer insight with the ability to identify trends and implement creative solutions.
• Confident in making decisions, setting priorities, and influencing outcomes across functions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
