Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Senior Manager - Finance (Factory) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead factory budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation and manufacturing KPIs.
• Partner with plant leadership on cost efficiency.
• Strengthen financial controls and accounting accuracy.
• Analyze capital and operating expenditure.
• Support month-end close and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and scenarios.
• Present performance insights to leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; professional qualification advantageous.
• Manufacturing, FMCG or industrial finance experience.
• Strong costing, budgeting and analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP capability.
• Leadership and business-partnering experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
