Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Sales Supervisor - Modern Trade (Abu Dhabi) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise modern-trade sales activity across Abu Dhabi.
• Coach sales representatives and monitor target achievement.
• Maintain relationships with key retail customers.
• Ensure listings, availability, promotions and visibility.
• Review sales reports and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with distribution, merchandising and marketing.
• Monitor competitors and provide market feedback.
• Coach the team on negotiation and execution.

Job Requirements

• FMCG sales experience with modern-trade exposure.
• Sales-supervision or team-leadership experience.
• Strong account-management and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and reporting ability.
• Willingness to work in the field across Abu Dhabi.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
