Job Overview

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy.
• Translate business plans into workforce and organization initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession and talent reviews.
• Advise on performance, employee relations and organizational change.
• Use people analytics to identify trends and risks.
• Coach leaders and strengthen leadership capability.
• Coordinate with HR specialist functions.
• Measure HR initiative impact on business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; advanced qualification advantageous.
• Significant HR business-partnering experience.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Commercial and organizational-design understanding.
• Senior stakeholder-management capability.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
