Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Designer - Private Label in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for private-label products.
• Create and adapt artwork to brand and product requirements.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing and marketing.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and manage revisions.
• Maintain consistency across packaging and promotional assets.
• Research design and competitor trends.
• Manage multiple projects and launch deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in graphic design or visual communication.
• Relevant retail, FMCG or private-label design experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent skills.
• Good typography, layout and production knowledge.
• High attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
