Key Responsibilities

• Lead project commissioning and start-up activities.
• Guide commissioning engineers, readiness engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover plans.
• Work with engineering, construction, operations and contractors.
• Monitor readiness, constraints, risks and punch-list items.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, HSE and environmental requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Required experience: 15+ Years; 8+ in commissioning management.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant capabilities: Lead project commissioning and start-up activities, Guide commissioning engineers, readiness engineers and technicians, Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover plans, Work with engineering, construction, operations and contractors.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical ability and professional judgment are important.
• Ability to follow HSE requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
