About the Role
Lead and manage a team of 10–15 outbound telemarketing agents focused on selling banking products to existing customers. Drive sales performance, ensure service excellence, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve team and individual sales KPIs
- Coach, train, and motivate agents
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and SLAs
- Conduct performance reviews and manage underperformance
- Collaborate with training teams to close skill gaps
- Foster team engagement and manage attrition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of banking experience (Call Center/Sales)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking products and compliance standards
