About the Role

Lead and manage a team of 10–15 outbound telemarketing agents focused on selling banking products to existing customers. Drive sales performance, ensure service excellence, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve team and individual sales KPIs
  • Coach, train, and motivate agents
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and SLAs
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage underperformance
  • Collaborate with training teams to close skill gaps
  • Foster team engagement and manage attrition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years of banking experience (Call Center/Sales)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and compliance standards
