Description
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development & Awareness
- Promote and create customer awareness for the Sharaf DG Energy vertical in the Dubai market.
- Develop and execute a business development plan for the financial year with clear alignment on sales targets, segments, timelines, and projects.
- Sales & Client Management
- Build and maintain a healthy client base and sales pipeline within assigned segments in Abu Dhabi, including:
a. Utility Market
b. Oil & Gas (O&G)
c. Commercial New Construction Projects
d. ESCO & Retrofit Market - Manage all stages of energy projects independently – from lead generation, BOQ understanding, manufacturer/product selection, proposal preparation, negotiation, submittals, to project closure.
- Plan and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities to the line manager.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partner brands.
- Build and maintain a healthy client base and sales pipeline within assigned segments in Abu Dhabi, including:
- Technical & Project Support
- Perform energy audits for lighting retrofit projects.
- Prepare and submit bids and respond promptly to RFPs and client inquiries.
- Represent the company at relevant marketing and networking events.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in MEP supply or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- License: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Availability: Immediate joiner or maximum 30 days’ notice period.
