Helper

The Helper provides practical support to production, maintenance or site teams so daily work can progress safely and efficiently. Typical activities include moving materials, preparing tools, keeping work areas orderly and assisting skilled employees with routine tasks. The exact duties depend on the assigned department and supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, sort and stage materials or tools for the team’s planned work.
• Assist technicians and operators with routine tasks within the level of training provided.
• Keep workstations, storage areas and access routes clean and organized.
• Report damaged items, missing supplies, unsafe conditions or unusual equipment behaviour.
• Follow instructions, use required protective equipment and support safe material handling.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should be dependable, physically able to perform assigned duties safely and willing to learn. Practical experience in a workshop, warehouse, factory or site can be helpful. Follow instructions carefully and do not operate equipment without the required training and authorization.

Work Approach
