Exit Operator

The Exit Operator supports the final or exit stage of a production process by monitoring output movement, checking products and helping maintain an orderly flow to packing or the next operation. The exact equipment depends on the production line, so following job instructions and supervisor guidance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the movement of finished or semi-finished products through the assigned exit point.
• Check labels, counts, condition or other visible requirements as instructed.
• Separate damaged or questionable items and report recurring issues to the responsible operator.
• Keep products flowing safely and coordinate with packing, storage or production colleagues.
• Maintain the work area and follow machine guarding and safety procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should be attentive, dependable and able to follow production instructions. Previous factory, printing or packing experience is useful. Safe handling and careful counting are important, especially when output moves quickly.
