Workshop Supervisor

TripleONE is recruiting a Workshop Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance activity. The position is suitable for a hands-on supervisor who can organise workshop work, support technicians, monitor repair quality, and promote safe, efficient maintenance practices for trucks and heavy machinery.

Position Overview

The supervisor will coordinate daily workshop operations and help ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed according to operational priorities. Good planning, technical awareness, team leadership, and clear work records are important to keep equipment serviceable and reduce avoidable delays. This full-time role is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Pay information: AED 8,000–10,000 per month. Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities and assign work according to equipment needs and team capacity.
• Oversee maintenance and repair work for trucks, heavy machinery, and waste management equipment.
• Track job progress, inspect completed work, and follow up on repair or quality concerns.
• Collaborate with technicians, workshop schedules, and equipment servicing priorities.
• Keep workshop records and support the control of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure team members follow relevant workshop procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience supervising heavy vehicle workshops is anticipated.
• A mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related diploma/degree is estimated for the role.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and monitor maintenance or repair work.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of equipment management, workshop safety, and maintenance operations.
• The position is full time and based in Abu Dhabi.
