Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Warehouse Supervisor position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, replenishment, dispatch, or delivery activities as applicable to the position. Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies promptly. Organize work areas so products can be handled safely and efficiently. Follow operating procedures, food or product handling standards, and workplace safety requirements. Work closely with warehouse, transport, store, and customer-facing teams to keep orders moving on schedule. Monitor productivity and highlight operational issues before they affect service levels. For supervisory positions, allocate tasks, guide team members, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, retail distribution, or logistics experience is useful for supervisory roles; entry-level applicants may be considered for associate and helper positions.
• Warehouse operations, inventory handling, order fulfillment, stock control, safety procedures, teamwork are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
