Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Mix Design Cement Product Trading is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to strengthen its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time opportunity for a logistics professional with hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and the coordination of both local and international freight movements. In this role, you will oversee the daily rhythm of warehouse activities — from receiving and storage through to dispatch and delivery — while maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring all WMS/ERP entries are current and accurate. You will act as the central point of coordination for freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring shipments move efficiently and documentation is always in order. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, and experience in chemical warehousing is a strong preference given the nature of the company's product portfolio.
