Description
The Technical Product Delivery Manager – PROS coordinates the delivery and continuous improvement of technology capabilities supporting pricing or revenue-management processes. The role aligns technical teams, business users and vendor partners to ensure product changes solve operational needs and are delivered reliably. It calls for clear requirements, careful release planning, strong issue management and disciplined tracking of service performance, data quality and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain delivery plans for PROS-related product changes, enhancements, integrations and operational support.
- Translate business priorities into detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, test needs and release milestones.
- Coordinate development, testing, business validation, change readiness and production release activities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues and supplier actions, escalating decisions that could affect delivery or service quality.
- Track adoption, system performance and user feedback and coordinate fixes or improvements with technical and business teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in technical product delivery, enterprise systems, business analysis or technology programme management.
- Experience coordinating releases, testing, integrations and stakeholders in a business-critical application environment.
- Strong documentation, prioritization and issue-management skills.
- Understanding of pricing, revenue management or PROS solutions is useful, along with confident vendor communication.
