Team Leader

Almarai is seeking a capable Team Leader professional for its operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize assigned shifts so production plans are completed within agreed schedules and quality standards.
• Allocate people and resources effectively while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor compliance with quality systems, hygiene requirements and operating procedures.
• Motivate employees, provide direction and address operational issues during the shift.
• Work with production and quality teams to maintain output, standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• knowledge of ISO 9000 and quality management systems.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in poultry or food environments.
• poultry plant experience.
