Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from requisition through joining.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Support offers, documentation and pre-joining activities.
• Maintain hiring trackers and updates.
• Contribute to employer-branding projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Relevant talent-acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
