Job Overview

Lead RAKBANK’s AI product portfolio and delivery engine, scaling customer, employee and enterprise AI solutions and converting AI strategy into measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI product strategy across customer, employee and enterprise use cases.
• Lead prioritization, delivery and scaling of AI products and platforms.
• Translate business opportunities into product roadmaps, measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
• Coordinate product, data science, engineering, technology, risk and business teams.
• Drive responsible adoption of generative AI, automation and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
• Establish product governance, controls, measurement and value-realization frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, employee productivity and enterprise efficiency.
• Build senior stakeholder alignment and communicate product progress and business impact.
• Support responsible AI practices, regulatory alignment, information security and risk management.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in AI product management, digital products, technology or data science.
• Strong record of delivering and scaling AI products across complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, generative AI and enterprise product delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Banking or regulated-industry experience is advantageous.
