Job overview: Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Products to join its banking team in the United Arab Emirates. Lead digital product strategy and delivery for banking services, translating customer and business needs into a clear roadmap. The position oversees product priorities, performance and stakeholder alignment while ensuring that digital propositions meet regulatory and operational requirements. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to support reliable service, sound decisions and the bank’s operating standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with the bank’s business priorities and customer needs.
- Own product requirements and backlog priorities, balancing user experience, business value, delivery capacity and risk.
- Work with Technology, Design, Operations, Compliance and business teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, service performance and commercial results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure product design and delivery reflect the applicable UAE financial-services regulatory and compliance environment.
- Present roadmap decisions, performance updates and delivery risks to senior stakeholders.
Requirements and qualifications
- Relevant senior experience in digital product management within banking, financial services or a regulated business is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, delivery methods and digital customer journeys is important.
- The role requires knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements in financial services, including investment and wealth-management regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to organise work, manage priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
- A professional approach, sound judgement and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality are important.
