Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Senior Executive - eCRM in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email, SMS, push and related CRM campaigns.
• Develop customer segments and lifecycle journeys.
• Coordinate content, creative and deployment schedules.
• Monitor engagement and conversion KPIs.
• Test and optimize messaging, timing and audiences.
• Work with data, digital, marketing and technology teams.
• Maintain CRM calendars and records.
• Prepare insights to improve customer engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field.
• Relevant CRM/eCRM experience.
• Understanding of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• CRM or marketing-automation experience is advantageous.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
