Security Guard

The Security Guard helps maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues and property assets at Four Seasons Dubai. The role requires alertness, professionalism and consistent application of hotel security procedures across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor designated hotel areas and access points.
• Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns or security incidents promptly.
• Support access control and protect guests, colleagues and hotel property.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with established evacuation and incident procedures.
• Maintain clear written records and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Provide a professional and courteous presence while respecting guest privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Relevant security experience is preferred.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Professional conduct, reliability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
