Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Sales Executive - Modern Trade in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned modern-trade customers.
• Deliver sales and distribution objectives.
• Coordinate promotions, displays, listings and availability.
• Monitor shelf presence, pricing and compliance.
• Analyze account performance and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising.
• Prepare account and sales reports.
• Track competitor activity.

Job Requirements

• FMCG sales experience with modern-trade exposure.
• Account-management and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of promotions and retail execution.
• Good Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage field-based customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
