Job Overview

DP World is seeking a Project Manager - Offshore Services in Dubai to manage offshore and marine service projects from planning through completion. The position is responsible for scope, schedule, resources, cost, risk, safety and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage offshore service projects from initiation to completion.
• Define scope, schedules, resources, budgets and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate marine teams, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, variations and quality.
• Ensure offshore activities comply with HSE and marine requirements.
• Prepare project reports and communicate performance to management.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, marine operations, project management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience managing offshore, marine or industrial projects.
• Strong project controls, planning and commercial awareness.
• Excellent leadership and client-management skills.
