Project HSE Manager (2 years FTC)

Job Overview

DP World is recruiting a Project HSE Manager for a two-year fixed-term contract in Fujairah. The role is responsible for leading health, safety and environmental activities across project operations, ensuring compliance, managing risk and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSE planning and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement appropriate control measures.
• Monitor contractor and site compliance with HSE requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox meetings and safety reviews.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, performance indicators and documentation.
• Provide HSE guidance to project managers, engineers, contractors and site teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in engineering, HSE or a related discipline.
• Relevant project HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, marine or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and international safety practices.
• Excellent communication, auditing and incident-investigation skills.
