Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on workforce planning, employee relations, performance and team effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and retention activities with the relevant HR teams.
• Provide guidance on people policies, documentation and consistent application of internal processes.
• Help manage employee engagement initiatives, organisational changes and communication activities.
• Use people data and feedback to identify trends, follow up on actions and improve the employee experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in HR business partnering, generalist HR or people operations.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Professional discretion, attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive information.

Skills and Competencies
