Job Description

Under the general guidance of the Director of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager, to assist in the smooth day to day running of the People & Culture Department and to be responsible for departmental coordination and administrative support.

  • Responsible for the New Heartists onboarding process (P&C policies introduction, legal documents, locker allocation, job description, name badge, uniform, finger print, hotel ID etc.)
  • Maintain and update all Heartists’ personal files as per Accorhotels requirements.
  • Provide guidance to Heartists for bank account opening & other related bank issues.
  • Assist the Learning & Quality Manager for the training related as well as P&C Executives for the Admin related process
  • To attend trainings and meetings as and when required.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the Indian context
